About the Role:

USA Winzons is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Sales Expert fluent in English and Spanish to join our remote sales team. This role requires a confident communicator who excels in cold outreach, appointment setting, and closing deals across phone, email, and virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and DMs to warm and cold leads
  • Set qualified appointments for closers or conduct full-cycle sales calls
  • Present services clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish
  • Follow up with prospects and update CRM with notes and next steps
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly appointment and closing targets
  • Work closely with sales leadership to optimize outreach strategies

  • 2+ years of sales experience with proven track record in appointment setting and closing
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Tech-savvy with reliable internet and home office setup
