Job Description

USA Winzons is looking for a highly skilled BI Reporting Analyst to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards and reports that deliver clear insights across our hiring, logistics, and operational functions. In this fully remote role, you’ll turn complex data into meaningful visualizations that empower smarter decisions company-wide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain BI dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable reports
  • Analyze trends and performance data to support business decisions
  • Automate reporting processes and ensure data reliability and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting frameworks
  • Maintain documentation and ensure consistency in KPIs across reports

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in BI reporting or analytics roles
  • Proficient in SQL and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
  • Strong data modeling and visualization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
  • Experience working in a remote, data-driven environment is a plus
