Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to join our team in Whitefield, Bangalore. This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office presence 3 days/week, with responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services.

🔹 Experience Required

  • 4+ years of professional experience in backend development
  • Strong expertise in Node.js and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
  • Knowledge of PostgreSQL and DynamoDB
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs (preferably with Fastify)
  • Familiarity with asynchronous/event-driven systems (Kafka)

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Fastify
  • Implement asynchronous/event-driven workflows using Kafka
  • Collaborate with frontend developers working on Angular
  • Design and optimize data models and database queries
  • Deploy, operate, and monitor services on AWS
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
  • Debug and improve existing backend systems for performance and reliability
  • Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
  • Follow best practices for security, performance, and scalability
