📝 Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our development team at Delta International Institute. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust server-side logic, APIs, and databases. You’ll work closely with front-end developers and other team members to ensure the best possible performance, responsiveness, and scalability of our applications.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable and secure backend systems.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and data storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
  • Implement data protection and security best practices.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
  • Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and frameworks.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in backend languages such as Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with Express.js, Django, Laravel, or Spring Boot.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
