We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to work on GoLang microservices in a fast-paced AWS environment. You’ll be expected to hit the ground running, managing backlogs, defining requirements, and delivering scalable, production-ready solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize development backlogs efficiently
  • Gather, define, and document clear project requirements
  • Develop and maintain GoLang microservices in an AWS environment
  • Utilize Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deployment
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Collaborate in Agile frameworks: Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban using Jira
  • Integrate systems and APIs to support business functionality

🔹 Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of GoLang microservices development experience
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and Docker
  • Hands-on AWS cloud-native environment experience
  • Proven ability to gather and define project requirements
  • Experience with system and API integration projects
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban)
  • Proficient with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Excellent communication skills and self-motivated work ethic
  • Must be a US Citizen
