Location: Temple Terrace, FL
Salary: $50 – $55 per hour

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Back-End Developer III to design, build, and maintain server-side web application logic, integrating front-end components and APIs. This role requires hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, REST APIs, React/Angular, Hibernate, Kafka, RDBMS/NoSQL, and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain server-side application logic and web services.
  • Integrate front-end components and APIs for web and mobile applications.
  • Define and communicate technical and design requirements.
  • Conduct unit tests, code reviews, and optimize application performance.
  • Maintain design and code documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills / Experience

  • Strong experience with J2EE, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate.
  • Front-end familiarity: React.js, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Database experience: Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, Redis.
  • API development: RESTful services.
  • Message streaming: Kafka.
  • Cloud-native application development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field.

Desired Skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow, Generative AI, and AWS or GCP.
  • Familiarity with modern frameworks and microservices architectures.
