Role Overview

As an Associate Media Planner, you will support the development and execution of digital media campaigns for nonprofit clients. This is an entry-level to early-career role with opportunities to grow into a strategic media expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing strategic media plans and recommendations
  • Support all steps of the ad operations process
  • Use platforms like Google and Facebook to build and monitor digital campaigns
  • Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with account strategists and creative teams to meet campaign goals
  • Monitor campaigns and provide insights using Google Analytics
  • Help create client campaign reports
  • Stay updated on digital trends and emerging tools

  • Strong interest in paid media planning and buying
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills
  • Creative problem-solver with a passion for driving results
  • Previous media buying experience or internship is a plus
  • Experience with nonprofits is a bonus

Skills & Experience Required

  • Interest or experience in paid media (search, social, display, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively to help nonprofits leverage digital platforms
