🔹 Role Overview

We are seeking an Associate Full-Stack Platform Engineer for an early-career, high-potential engineer passionate about automation, AI-assisted development, and scalable cloud platforms. The initial focus is on cloud platform engineering and DevOps lifecycle, with mentorship provided for rapid growth toward end-to-end ownership and eventual transition to full-stack software development.

🔹 Core Responsibilities

Platform & DevOps Focus (Initial):

  • Assist with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Bicep for scalable, repeatable deployments.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline management in Azure DevOps with YAML-based automation.
  • Orchestrate environment consistency across databases and applications.
  • Develop scripts for synthetic test datasets, ensuring privacy and platform validation.

Full-Stack Transition (Future Growth):

  • Contribute to backend and frontend development using Node.js, .NET, or React.
  • Implement AI-augmented workflows for feature delivery, testing, and documentation.
  • Develop observability dashboards and synthetic transaction monitors for system reliability.

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Technical Qualifications:

  • Cloud Fundamentals: Basic Azure knowledge (or AWS/GCP), commitment to expert-level proficiency.
  • Scripting Skills: Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and system utilities.
  • AI Tooling Aptitude: Experience using GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or LLM-based tools.
  • Version Control: Git workflow, branching, pull requests, and code reviews.

Professional Mindset:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience or portfolio of functional, containerized applications.
  • Strong emphasis on technical documentation for reproducibility and transparency.
  • Analytical and structured approach to executing technical roadmaps.
