Develop and teach courses in aerospace and mechanical engineering at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Conduct cutting-edge research in the field of aerospace and mechanical engineering, with a focus on innovation and advancement.
Publish research findings in top-tier academic journals and present at conferences to contribute to the overall body of knowledge in the field.
Mentor and advise undergraduate and graduate students in their academic and research pursuits.
Collaborate with other faculty members and industry partners to develop interdisciplinary research projects and initiatives.
Participate in departmental and university committees, meetings, and events to promote the growth and success of the program.
Actively seek and secure external funding for research projects and initiatives.
Engage in outreach activities to promote the field of aerospace and mechanical engineering to the wider community.
Stay current with advancements and developments in the field through continuous learning and professional development.
Demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of teaching, research, and service.
Contribute to the overall academic culture of the university by actively participating in departmental and university events and initiatives.
Serve as a role model and leader for students, colleagues, and the wider community by upholding the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
