Job Summary:
We are seeking responsible and organized Assistant House Managers to support daily operations in private residences or care homes. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in maintaining a well-run environment and are committed to providing exceptional support services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the House Manager in coordinating daily household operations
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, and other domestic staff as needed
- Ensure all living areas, kitchen, and common spaces are clean and well-maintained
- Manage inventories of household supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with event setup, guest hospitality, and scheduling appointments
- Handle light administrative tasks, including recordkeeping and expense tracking
- Respond promptly to resident or family member needs and concerns
- Support health and safety procedures in the household environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or hospitality certification is a plus
- 1–2 years of experience in household management, hospitality, or caregiving
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality
- Basic computer and recordkeeping skills
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
