About the Role:

USA WINZONS is seeking a highly skilled Epic Willow Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing the Epic Willow system within the Ancillary Care department. As an expert in the Epic Willow system, you will work closely with clinical and IT teams to enhance patient care through technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Epic Willow application in the Ancillary Care environment
  • Configure, implement, and support the Epic Willow system in alignment with organizational needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize the system to improve operational workflows
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Epic Willow users across the organization
  • Design, test, and deploy system upgrades, patches, and customizations
  • Assist with the integration of Epic Willow with other systems to ensure seamless data flow
  • Develop training materials and provide training to staff on Epic Willow functionalities
  • Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations
  • Support system audits and assist with reporting requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Information Systems, or a related field
  • Extensive experience working with the Epic Willow system
  • Certification in Epic Willow (required)
  • Strong understanding of ancillary care processes and workflows in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with system integration and interface management
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA) and healthcare industry standards

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other Epic modules (e.g., Epic ADT, Epic Orders)
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards, such as HL7
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques
  • Experience in system testing, validation, and documentation
