Analytics Consultant (Remote Role)

Job Description

USA Winzons is seeking a results-driven Analytics Consultant to support data-driven decision-making across hiring, logistics, and operational functions. In this fully remote role, you’ll work with leadership to analyze trends, optimize performance, and provide actionable insights that directly impact business strategy and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
• Perform in-depth data analysis across various departments (logistics, hiring, operations, etc.)
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to monitor and improve company performance
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process improvement through data
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across platforms

Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or consulting roles
• Proficient in SQL, Python/R, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in remote collaboration
• Experience in remote consulting or cross-functional analytics projects is a plus
