Key Responsibilities

  • Packing Operations: Pack products securely using appropriate materials while following Amazon’s quality and safety standards
  • Shifting & Handling: Move products within the warehouse or distribution center safely and efficiently
  • Inventory Support: Assist with stock organization, labeling, and storage
  • Quality Checks: Inspect items for damage or defects before packing
  • Documentation: Maintain basic records related to packing, inventory, and shipments
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily targets
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10th / 12th pass (High School or equivalent)
  • No prior experience required – training provided
  • Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, walking)
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Experience

  • Freshers are welcome
  • Previous experience in warehouse, packing, logistics, or factory work is an advantage but not mandatory

Working Hours

  • Full-time positions
  • 8–10 hour shifts, 5–6 days a week
  • Rotational shifts including day/night, weekends, or holidays
