Job Summary

Amazon is seeking a Virtual Shipping and Delivery Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will provide exceptional support to customers regarding shipping, delivery, and tracking inquiries. This position allows you to work from home while contributing to the smooth operation of Amazon’s delivery processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries about shipping and delivery, including status updates, tracking issues, and delivery exceptions.
  • Provide timely solutions for delayed or undelivered packages.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment centers, delivery drivers, and other teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues to improve service quality.
  • Stay updated on Amazon shipping policies, delivery methods, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate recurring issues to management.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic problem-solving abilities to handle customer concerns.
  • High attention to detail and ability to track multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Comfort with technology and troubleshooting basic software or hardware issues.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with Amazon internal tools is a plus.

Preferred / Additional Skills:

  • Experience in customer service, shipping, logistics, or delivery-related roles.
  • Prior remote work experience is advantageous.
