Job Summary
Amazon is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support our e-commerce operations. In this role, you will manage product listings, track inventory, assist customers, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update Amazon product listings including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
- Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure timely replenishments.
- Process orders, returns, refunds, and shipment tracking.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via email and chat.
- Conduct market and competitor research to optimize product performance.
- Generate sales and performance reports for insights and improvements.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and keyword optimization for visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams, sellers, and vendors as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
Experience
- Open to freshers with interest in e-commerce and digital operations.
- Prior experience in virtual assistance, customer service, or e-commerce support is advantageous.
Working Hours
- Flexible part-time and full-time positions available.
- 20–40 hours per week depending on the role.
