Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update Amazon product listings including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • Track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure timely replenishments.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, and shipment tracking.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support via email and chat.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to optimize product performance.
  • Generate sales and performance reports for insights and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
