Key Responsibilitie

  • Manage and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and support timely replenishment
  • Process and track orders, returns, refunds, and shipments
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism and efficiency
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support product optimization
  • Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports
  • Assist with keyword optimization and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams, sellers, and third-party vendors as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; Amazon Seller Central experience preferred

Experience
