About the Role

Key Responsibilitie
- Manage and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and support timely replenishment
- Process and track orders, returns, refunds, and shipments
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Conduct market and competitor research to support product optimization
- Prepare sales, inventory, and performance reports
- Assist with keyword optimization and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams, sellers, and third-party vendors as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms; Amazon Seller Central experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
Experience
- Open to freshers with a strong interest in e-commerce and digital operations
- Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, in customer service, or e-commerce support is an advantage
Working Hours
- Flexible part-time and full-time schedules available
- Approximately 20–40 hours per week, depending on role type
- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required
