About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and descriptions on the Amazon marketplace.
• Monitor product performance, stock levels, and order processing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• Conduct accurate data entry and maintain product information compliance.
• Handle basic product, inventory, and return queries via email or internal systems.
• Analyze daily/weekly performance reports to support business goals.
• Review and optimize listings to enhance visibility and sales performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
