About the Role
Amazon is hiring motivated, detail-oriented freshers as E-commerce Associates to support our global online business operations. This remote role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with Amazon’s e-commerce systems, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing. You’ll help ensure a smooth and accurate customer experience while building foundational skills in digital retail and online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings, pricing, and descriptions on the Amazon marketplace.
- Monitor product performance, stock levels, and order processing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Conduct accurate data entry and maintain product information compliance.
- Handle basic product, inventory, and return queries via email or internal systems.
- Analyze daily/weekly performance reports to support business goals.
- Review and optimize listings to enhance visibility and sales performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce, Business, Marketing, or Computer Science preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to e-commerce tools and platforms.
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces is a plus.
Experience
- No prior work experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or coursework in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail is advantageous.
