Job Summary
Amazon is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated freshers to join our Customer Service team in Hyderabad. Role Overview
- Position: Non-Tech Support – Voice / Blended
- Salary: INR 25,000 – 40,000 per month
- Work Location: Amazon Hyderabad Office
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with queries related to orders, refunds, returns, and product information.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and adhere to company guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level teams as needed.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and updates in internal systems.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets, including call handling, resolution time, and quality metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduates preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and comfort using multiple software platforms.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous experience in customer service or BPO is an advantage but not mandatory.
