Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship products efficiently while maintaining quality and accuracy.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, sort, and stock inventory to maintain optimal levels and organization.
  • Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if necessary).
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to order discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory shortages.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and improve processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and received goods.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in order processing and inventory management.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
  • Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience operating warehouse machinery is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Shifts: Full-time with day, evening, and overnight options.
  • Flexibility: Availability for weekends and holidays as needed.
