Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Support business units with regular and ad hoc reports for key performance metrics.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop forecasting models.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reports and analytical outputs.
  • Assist in automating repetitive tasks through scripts or tools.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
  • Internship or academic project experience in analytics, statistics, or reporting is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
  • Flexible remote working hours with occasional team meetings
