As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting business teams by analyzing data, generating insights, and contributing to strategic decision-making across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
  • Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor metrics and assist in forecasting and performance analysis
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all analytical outputs
  • Support automation of recurring tasks using analytical tools or scripts
  • Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and within a virtual team environment
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy

Experience

  • Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are eligible
  • Internship, academic projects, or coursework in analytics, data science, or reporting will be an advantage

Working Hours

  • Full-time role
  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible remote working hours with scheduled team meetings
