Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor KPIs and assist in forecasting and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports
  • Assist in automating repetitive reporting and analysis tasks
  • Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, lookups)
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL and data querying
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in virtual teams

Experience

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of experience are also eligible
  • Internship, academic projects, or coursework in analytics is an advantage
