About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Data Scientist to join our advanced analytics and machine learning team. You will play a critical role in designing, building, and deploying AI models that power real-world applications across various domains such as customer experience, automation, personalization, forecasting, and more. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for complex problems in areas such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and data preprocessing for structured and unstructured data
  • Train, evaluate, and optimize AI models using techniques such as supervised/unsupervised learning, transfer learning, and ensemble methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data engineering to deploy AI models into production environments
  • Monitor model performance and retrain models to maintain accuracy and reliability
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI research and incorporate emerging techniques into applied projects
  • Document experiments, findings, and processes to ensure transparency and reproducibility

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models
  • Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras)
  • Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, model evaluation metrics, and applied statistics
  • Experience working with NLP, computer vision, or large language models is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ML environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with real-time model inference, edge AI, or generative AI models (e.g., transformers, GANs)
  • Working knowledge of data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Spark, dbt)
  • Publications, patents, or contributions to open-source AI projects
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
