I’m looking for someone with real, hands-on experience using AgencyAnalytics to help me complete the setup of client SEO reports and manage monthly reporting.

This is not a theoretical role, nor is it a “learn as you go” situation. Most of the reporting is already in place, approximately 80% complete. I need someone who can step in, understand what’s there, clean it up, and help me confidently deliver reports to clients.

If this initial work goes well, there is additional SEO work available. The immediate priority is reporting.

What I need help with right now

– Reviewing and finishing an existing AgencyAnalytics master report template

– Making sure metrics, charts, and sections are set up correctly and clearly

– Building and maintaining individual client reports using that template

– Verifying data accuracy and presentation before reports go out

All integrations are already connected. This is about execution and polish, not setup from scratch.

Tools currently connected in AgencyAnalytics

– Google Business Profile

– Google Analytics

– CallRail

– BrightLocal

You should already be comfortable working with these tools inside AgencyAnalytics.

Must-have experience

– Direct, hands-on experience using AgencyAnalytics for client reporting

– Experience creating and managing client-facing SEO or local SEO reports

– Strong understanding of SEO and local SEO metrics

– Ability to work independently and communicate clearly

If you have not actively used AgencyAnalytics before, this will not be a good fit.

Nice-to-have experience (secondary priority)

– On-site SEO execution

– BrightLocal directory submissions and citation management

– Basic link building

– Ahrefs for SEO analysis

– Screaming Frog

– Local SEO strategy and ongoing optimization

Reporting is the priority. Additional SEO work may be required once this is finished.
