🚀 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced AEM Front End Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern digital experiences powered by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, architects, and product teams to build scalable, high-performing web solutions while adhering to best practices in front-end architecture and AEM development.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Design & Development

  • Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, workflows, and services.
  • Design and implement engaging UI/UX experiences for AEM-powered websites and applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code using:
    • HTML
    • CSS
    • JavaScript
    • AEM frameworks
  • Implement integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
  • Ensure seamless front-end and back-end integration.

🔹 Collaboration & Leadership

  • Participate in technical discussions and requirement gathering.
  • Propose scalable and maintainable solutions.
  • Conduct and contribute to code reviews.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and architects.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on AEM development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in:
    • HTML5
    • CSS3
    • JavaScript
  • Solid experience with AEM technologies and frameworks:
    • Sling
    • CRX
    • OSGi
    • JCR
  • Experience developing AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments (preferred).

💰 Compensation

  • Base Salary Range: $67,733 – $108,811 annually
  • Compensation may vary based on location, experience, skills, and other business factors.
  • Additional compensation may include variable pay, bonuses, or commissions.
