Role Overview

Learntern Career Solutions is looking for a Freelance Advanced Java with Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) Trainer to conduct on-site training sessions in Bengaluru. The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging technical sessions, mentoring students, and helping them build strong programming and problem-solving skills aligned with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver interactive training sessions on Advanced Java and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
  • Design structured course modules and training materials
  • Provide hands-on assignments, coding exercises, and real-world examples
  • Mentor and guide students in problem-solving and project development
  • Evaluate student progress through assessments and feedback
  • Ensure students understand practical industry use cases of Java and DSA
  • Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate them into training

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Java
  • Solid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms
  • Experience building or working on real-world Java projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for students
  • Strong mentoring and coaching abilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or technical training is preferred
