We are seeking an Administrative Associate to assist with a straightforward data entry project. The primary task will involve transferring information from an Excel spreadsheet into our Airtable database with careful attention to detail. You will be responsible for:
Copying item/SKU numbers from the Excel spreadsheet.
Searching for the corresponding items in our Airtable database.
Copying URLs provided in the Excel sheet and pasting them into the appropriate fields in Airtable.
The task is simple but requires precision to ensure the information is transferred accurately. This job is estimated to take approximately 4-5 hours to complete.
We will create work instructions with clearly laid out instructions using Loom.
Requirements:
Experience with data entry tasks.
Familiarity with both Excel and Airtable.
Strong attention to detail.
