As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the company.

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

– Maintain and organize records, files, and documents.

– Coordinate and assist with company events and initiatives.

– Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

– Maintain office supplies and equipment, and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred.

– 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.

– Proficiency in MS Office and other related software.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.

– High attention to detail and accuracy.
