About the Role

Codingo is seeking a senior Full-Stack Web Developer to deliver production-ready web applications from end-to-end. This role is ideal for engineers comfortable managing frontend, backend, and deployment for real client-facing systems, while leveraging AI co-pilot tools like GPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, and Antigravity to speed up development, debugging, and documentation.

You will handle multiple concurrent projects and maintain high standards of performance, security, and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-stack development using React (frontend), Next.js (server-side rendering), and Django (backend API services).
  • Collaborate with teams to gather requirements, define specifications, and translate business needs into robust software solutions.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless client-server communication.
  • Optimize application performance, database queries (MySQL, SQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
  • Maintain version control using GitHub/SVN; conduct code reviews and testing.
  • Integrate third-party APIs securely; implement RBAC and other security protocols.
  • Participate in Agile development cycles: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and documentation.
  • Support deployment on Linux environments and maintain live production systems.
  • Stay updated on emerging web technologies, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.
  • Proficiency in Python/Django for backend API development; familiarity with C#/.NET is a plus.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript ES6+.
  • Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and Azure.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL, SQL Server) and query optimization.
  • Experience with GitHub/SVN, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux server environments.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple client projects and deliver on tight timelines.
  • Practical experience using AI co-pilot tools like GPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Antigravity in daily development workflows.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Express.js, other programming languages (Java, C++), or quantum engineering concepts.
  • Familiarity with application security protocols (OAuth, RBAC).
  • Prior experience in agency or consulting environments.
  • Hands-on with cloud deployment, containerization, or automation pipelines.
