About the Role

Codingo is seeking a senior Full-Stack Web Developer capable of delivering production-ready web applications end-to-end. This role is ideal for engineers who are comfortable designing, building, and deploying real systems used by paying clients. Candidates must be able to work independently across frontend and backend stacks, manage multiple concurrent projects, and leverage AI co-pilot tools as part of their day-to-day workflow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-stack web development using React (frontend), Next.js (server-side rendering), and Django (backend APIs).
  • Build responsive, high-performance user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Develop and maintain backend services and integrate RESTful APIs and databases.
  • Utilize AI co-pilot tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini, v0, Cursor, Antigravity) for coding, debugging, refactoring, architecture planning, and documentation.
  • Handle multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of performance, security, and code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into robust software solutions.
  • Optimize application performance through efficient coding, database tuning, and cloud infrastructure management.
  • Maintain version control using GitHub or SVN, perform code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services, ensuring secure implementation (RBAC, OAuth).
  • Participate actively in Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Support deployment processes on Linux environments for reliable application releases.
  • Stay updated with emerging web development trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong professional experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer with production-level applications.
  • Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience with Django or similar backend frameworks.
  • Practical experience using AI co-pilot tools in development workflows.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of RESTful API design, relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server), and version control (GitHub, SVN).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux server environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and adherence to security best practices.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Express.js, C#, .NET, or other programming languages.
  • Agency or consulting experience with client-facing project delivery.
  • Knowledge of arenaflex/CD pipelines and production system maintenance.
  • Familiarity with emerging tech like quantum engineering concepts is a bonus.
