💼 Role Overview
Amazon Ads is hiring an Account Executive – Local Ads to join our Local Ads Business.
This is a prospecting-focused sales role responsible for:
- Developing new business through local advertising agencies
- Closing and managing local advertiser campaigns
- Delivering location-based digital advertising solutions
- Driving revenue growth within an assigned US territory
You will act as a player-coach, developing key local relationships while achieving revenue targets.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in media sales, ad sales, digital marketing, or advertising technology.

📈 Sales & Revenue Growth
- Prospect advertisers and local agencies within an assigned US territory
- Close new business and manage advertiser campaign lifecycles
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets

📍 Local Advertising Strategy
- Develop and execute location-based advertising campaigns
- Provide subject matter expertise on digital and local advertising ecosystems
- Respond strategically to advertiser feedback and evolving market needs
- Navigate complex advertiser-agency relationships
🤝 Relationship Management
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with local advertisers and agencies
- Partner with senior advertiser stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams across multiple locales
- Serve as a strategic advisor for local digital advertising solutions

🎓 Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in:

- Experience working closely with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders

- Experience in advertising technology (AdTech) related sales
- Strong understanding of digital media ecosystems
- Experience selling programmatic or location-based advertising solutions
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary Range:
Culver City, CA – $89,100 to $155,900 USD annually
