About the position

The USGA is offering a full-time, paid internship to highly motivated and committed designer wishing to build upon their college education with practical professional creative experience in the fast-paced, results-driven world of golf. This position is responsible for assisting in the creation of graphics and creative that will be posted across all organization platforms as well as various digital and print assets. The Graphic Design Intern will work on projects from across the organization and is expected to work with the entire team on an as-needed basis on other creative and design deliverables. This internship could last up to 12 months and will begin Spring of 2025. This position is based in Liberty Corner, NJ.

Responsibilities
• Assist in the creation of graphics and creative for various platforms
• Work on digital and print assets
• Collaborate with the team on creative and design deliverables
• Translate and evolve creative from an existing style guide

Requirements
• Proficiency in Adobe CS (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week

Nice-to-haves
• Experience in the sports industry
• Experience with Mac and digital photography
