We’re looking for an Intermediate Backend Engineer with a passion for designing robust APIs and architecting data platforms that scale. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of key backend systems, work closely with cross-functional teams, and help evolve our infrastructure to support data-driven decision-making and seamless platform performance.

🔧 What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and backend services
  • Develop data pipelines, storage solutions, and integrations with internal and third-party services
  • Optimize platform performance and scalability across services
  • Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code
  • Collaborate with frontend, product, and data teams to bring new features to life
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture planning
  • Write clean, testable, well-documented code

📌 Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in backend software development
  • Proficiency in Python, Node.js, Go, or Java
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
  • Solid understanding of relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
  • Experience working with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Familiarity with event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)
  • Understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and testing methodologies

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Exposure to data warehouse technologies (Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
