USA Winzons is hiring a Cruise Planner to help clients book customized cruise vacations, provide expert recommendations, and manage the details from start to finish.

This is a remote position with flexible hours — perfect for someone who enjoys working from home while helping others explore the world!

🛳️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in planning and booking cruise vacations
  • Offer personalized travel advice based on client preferences and budget
  • Coordinate cruise itineraries, excursions, dining packages, and more
  • Stay up-to-date on cruise line promotions, deals, and policies
  • Provide exceptional service via phone, email, or live chat
  • Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations efficiently
  • Collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors to ensure smooth experiences

✅ Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in Hospitality or Tourism a plus)
  • Strong interest in cruise travel and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn booking software
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a passion for planning

💡 Preferred:

  • Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service
  • Familiarity with major cruise lines (Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, etc.)
