🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • SharePoint Development: 4–5 years with SharePoint Online and/or On-Premises.
  • Power Platform: Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and overall Power Platform.
  • Frameworks & Languages: Hands-on with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
  • Microsoft 365 Integration: Experience with Teams and OneDrive integrations.
  • Software Development Practices: Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Git for version control.
  • AI & Automation Tools: Knowledge in Copilot Studio, AI Builder actions, and custom connectors in Power Automate flows.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications: PL-100, PL-200, or SharePoint-related certifications.
  • Experience with Dataverse and creating custom connectors.
  • Exposure to Power Platform governance and ALM processes.
  • Experience in enterprise or large-scale implementations.

🔹 Good-to-Have Skills

  • Working knowledge of Power BI (data modeling, report creation).
  • Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps).
