GrowthPixel is looking for a skilled Senior WordPress Developer who can independently build clean, fast, secure, and responsive WordPress websites.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end in a remote work environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Website Development & Customization

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
• Create responsive, mobile-friendly layouts
• Customize themes and plugins based on project requirements
• Convert Figma or similar design files into functional websites

🔹 Performance & Optimization

• Ensure website speed, performance, and security
• Implement best practices for optimization
• Maintain structured and consistent website architecture

🔹 Troubleshooting & Support

• Fix bugs and technical issues
• Provide ongoing website maintenance and support
• Ensure smooth functionality across devices and browsers

🔹 Collaboration & Delivery

• Coordinate with team members to understand project requirements
• Deliver tasks within deadlines
• Maintain high-quality output and clean coding standards

🔴 Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Developer (1.5–3 years)
• Strong portfolio of WordPress-based projects
• Proficiency in:
  • WordPress
  • HTML5
  • CSS3
  • Basic understanding of PHP
• Experience building responsive and mobile-optimized websites
• Strong understanding of website architecture and aesthetics
• Ability to manage deadlines independently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration
• Basic knowledge of:
  • Hosting setup
  • Domain linking
  • SSL configuration
  • cPanel management
• Familiarity with website speed optimization techniques
