🔹 Role Overview

Ecaret Solutions is seeking a Team Lead to own one or more product modules and mentor a small development team (2–4 members). This is an opportunity to shape the engineering practices, enforce quality standards, and directly influence a live SaaS product used internationally.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor developers, fostering growth and adherence to best practices.
  • Plan, track, and ensure timely module delivery.
  • Conduct code reviews and PR checks for first-level quality control.
  • Enforce clean code, standards, and best practices.
  • Actively reduce technical debt and improve code quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Associate Product Lead & Product Lead.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel.
  • Solid understanding of Git workflows and PR review discipline.
  • Deep knowledge of clean code principles and refactoring.
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring developers.
  • Ownership mindset with focus on quality, stability, and delivery.
