Are you a visionary in apparel design with a passion for creating trend-forward collections? USA Winzons is seeking a Senior Manager, Design – Apparel Product to lead our design team in crafting innovative, market-relevant apparel across categories.

This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on creative direction, understands fabric trends, and is eager to translate brand identity into compelling product assortments. You will oversee the design process from initial concept to final sample, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and commercial success.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creative direction and execution of seasonal apparel lines
• Supervise and mentor a team of apparel designers and assistants
• Translate trend forecasting, consumer insights, and market analysis into fresh product ideas
• Collaborate closely with product development, sourcing, and marketing teams
• Approve design concepts, tech packs, and material selections
• Ensure alignment with brand strategy, sustainability goals, and target margins
• Review and refine prototypes, fits, and final samples before production
• Stay updated on competitor trends, global fashion movements, and innovation in textiles

✅ Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in apparel design, including team leadership
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi-category apparel expertise
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, 3D design tools, and tech pack software
• Deep knowledge of fabrics, fits, construction, and garment innovation
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple collections and deadlines with a strategic mindset
